- We'll begin with a phone conversation to learn more about your project and assess your remodeling needs.
- When ready, we'll provide a free in-home consultation where we'll gather measurements of the space and assess the needs of you and your family. You can plan on 30 minutes to an hour, depending upon how many rooms we'll be measuring.
- Should you decide to move forward, we will collect a design fee to create plans for your space. We will apply your design fee towards your project purchase.
- We'll meet up again in our showroom or virtually via Zoom and review your plans. At this time, we'll make sure you understand the intention of the design, and make any changes/additions/deletions.
- When you decide to move forward, we'll collect a 50% deposit and put your order into production.
- We'll schedule your date for installation and we'll send you some information on how to best prepare for our arrival.
- We'll arrive when scheduled to install your project and leave you with a space that is clean and ready to fill.
- We'll collect your final balance and ask for your feedback in the form of a review so we can share your experience with other homeowners who want to get organized and feel good too!
